Senior Account Manager

Job Description

We're hiring a Senior Account Manager / Junior Account Director to join a leading PR agency working across consumer and entertainment brands.

Your ability to manage multiple projects, maintain strong client relationships, and work collaboratively with internal teams will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage client accounts, ensuring all deliverables are met with high quality and within deadlines.
• Develop and execute PR strategies and campaigns that align with client goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic advice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative and effective communications solutions.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Monitor media coverage and provide regular reports and analysis to clients.
• Contribute to new business development by participating in pitches and proposals.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management for PR & Communications in an agency environment.
• Client Experience with Consumer Brands, Media/Broadcasting.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering successful campaigns.
• Strong understanding of the PR landscape, media relations, and digital communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Arabic - Reading, Speaking, Writing (Mandatory).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and client-focused approach with a passion for building relationships.
