Job Description
As a Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities, guide clients through the processes, providing expert advice and support to ensure a smooth and successful setup, and drive growth for the company.
Responsibilities :
- Analyse client requirements and provide assistance and information on product/service.
- Follow and achieve department's sales goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Remain knowledgeable on product/service offered.
- Pitch new ideas and approach on both the product and clients.
- Ensure high level of client satisfaction through excellent sales service
Must Have Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Masters Degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3+ years of extensive experience of working in Consultative Sales.
- Highly structured and detail oriented.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Must Have Skills:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and organizational skills with demonstrated history of converting leads.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good sales planning skills.
