Podcast & Social Media Content Manager

(Dubai – Full Time Hybrid Role)

Salary : Up to 7000AED/pm depending on experience

We are looking for a highly capable Podcast & Social Media Content Manager to help build and grow a new consultant-led healthcare podcast and media brand based between Dubai and London.

This is NOT a videographer or pure editing role.

We already have:

• Professional podcast filming setup
• Dedicated videographer/editor
• Podcast host and medical contributors

We are specifically looking for someone who understands how to:

• Grow podcasts online
• Distribute content across platforms
• Identify high-performing moments from long-form conversations
• Create strong hooks, titles, captions, thumbnails, and short-form concepts
• Build audience engagement and platform growth
• Manage and grow wider clinic social media presence

This role combines:

• Podcast marketing
• Social media strategy
• Short-form content planning
• Content distribution
• Platform growth
• General social media management

You should already understand platforms such as:

• Instagram Reels
• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• LinkedIn
• Facebook
• YouTube long-form content

The ideal candidate understands:

• Hooks and audience retention
• Attention psychology
• Platform algorithms
• Podcast clipping strategy
• Educational/authority-based content
• Social media growth and engagement
• Modern content packaging

This is NOT suitable for:

• Pure videographers
• Traditional graphic designers only
• Basic post scheduling social media managers
• Candidates with no podcast/content ecosystem understanding

Experience with:

• Podcasts
• Personal branding
• Healthcare/wellness content
• Executive/authority-led content
• Short-form content strategy

is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Identify strong short-form moments from podcast episodes
• Develop reel/short-form content strategies
• Write hooks, captions, titles, and social copy
• Assist with thumbnails and content packaging
• Manage and grow social media channels
• Create and manage content calendars
• Monitor analytics and audience engagement
• Coordinate with production/editorial team
• Assist with wider clinic social media marketing and brand presence

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong understanding of social media culture and trends
• Strong understanding of short-form content performance
• Experience managing social media accounts professionally
• Organised, proactive, and creatively driven
• Dubai-based preferred

Role Details:

• Full-time hybrid role based in Dubai
• Salary up to AED 7,000/month depending on experience
• Visa may be provided subject to performance and long-term suitability
