Job Description
Mandatory – Must be Immediate Joiners, End to End Recruitment, Emiratization, Offboarding. Experience in infrastructure, rail, aviation, or large projects preferred.
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Experience in infrastructure, rail, aviation, or large projects preferred.
- Strong sourcing, screening, stakeholder management & offer negotiation skills.
- Experience with Oracle/HRMS and advanced MS Excel.
- Knowledge of the respective country's Labour Law preferred.
- Support Emiratization/Omanization initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- English required; Arabic preferred.
