Job Purpose
Perform assessment, documentation and organization of tasks related to quality assurance to support theu00A0efficiency and effectiveness of organizationu2019s successful implementation of the F&B strategy. Will be in chargeof developing a complete QA program that not only safeguards the quality of our products, but also fosters au00A0u201Cquality culture,u201D in which all employees become actively engaged in guaranteeing quality in both production
and the finished product.
Job Specific Accountabilities
Implementation of QA/ QC standards:
u2022 Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards for exiting sites as well asu00A0during the opening of new sites.u2022 Perform routine inspections and quality tests. Identify and resolve workflow and production issues.
u2022 Carefully maintain complaint and non-conformance processing through records and tracking systems,u00A0including root cause and corrective actions
u2022 Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports. Record inspection results by completingu00A0reports and summarizing data into quality database.
u2022 Develop Food Safety SOP Manual for production and design, with improvements as needed, and createu00A0testing protocols for implementation.
u2022 Monitor the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements. Ensureu00A0that standards and safety regulations are observed.
u2022 Address and discuss recurring issues with team leader and propose solutions.
u2022 Assist in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as environmental, health and safetyu00A0goals.
u2022 Analyse and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordanceu00A0with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements (ADFCA regulations)
u2022 Develop or update company complaint and inspection procedures to ensure capture and investigation,u00A0as well as proper documentation of complaints.

Training Oasis F&B employees:
u2022 Train the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence and brief themu00A0about ADFCA regulations regarding food safety and food retail.u2022 Participates in the creation and execution of site Training program. Applies learning and developmentu00A0expertise to influence the development of effective training tools. Assists with the development of broad,u00A0long-term, and short-term training initiatives.
u2022 Monitors learning effectiveness on an ongoing basis and keeps managers apprised of projectsu2019 status.u00A0Provides insight on trends and performance. Maintains current knowledge of operations and systemsincluding new and/or upgraded systems, policies, and procedures, new products, and initiatives in orderu00A0to serve as a credible instructor.
u2022 Develops on job assessment, pre and post training assessment tools to evaluate individual performanceu00A0of participants to each training program.
Minimum Qualification
Bacheloru2019s degree in food science, hospitality, business administration or related fields.
Minimum Experience, Knowledge & Skills
u2022 6 years of experience in F&B industry, including at least 3 years Quality Assurance/ Quality CheckDivision.
u2022 Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations, such as HACCP, ISO, and FSSC.
u2022 Proficiency in coffee quality evaluation and grading methods, such as SCA cupping protocol and
Arabica Q grading system.
u2022 Expertise in developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures and ensuringcompliance and consistency across the organization.
u2022 Experience in training and coaching staff on quality assurance best practices and techniques.
u2022 Communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
Professional Certifications
u2022 SCA Barista Professional.
u2022 Arabica Q Gradeu2022 Any other related food certificate is an advantage.
