Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time
  • Russian-speaking Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our water sports business.
  • Manage customer interactions, schedule bookings, and provide multilingual assistance to clients, especially Russian-speaking tourists.
  • Handle customer inquiries (WhatsApp, phone, email, social media) in English and Russian.
  • Manage bookings, payment processing, and issue invoices/receipts.
  • Previous experience in tourism, hospitality, or front desk roles preferred.

Requirements:

  • Good computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, POS systems, etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, friendly, and customer-focused.
  • Knowledge of Dubai tourist attractions and general customer service practices.
