Accountant (Real Estate)

Job Description

A well-established company is looking to hire a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join its growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and financial transactions
• Handle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial reports including Profit & Loss Statements and Balance Sheets
• Monitor financial performance against approved budgets
• Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulations
• Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements
• Reconcile customer and supplier accounts and follow up on outstanding balances
• Ensure proper filing and documentation of financial records
• Ensure compliance with company policies, financial procedures, and applicable legislation

Preferred Background:
