Rino Invest Group is an international real estate company with operations across Dubai, Spain, and the USA, specializing in property acquisition, sales, property management, and international real estate opportunities.
As the company continues to expand, we are currently looking for a Real Estate Acquisition Manager to support the growth of our secondary market portfolio while overseeing and supporting the performance of the sales team.
This is a management level role with direct involvement in property sourcing, team coordination, reporting visibility, and sales operations.
The Role
The main focus of this role is to identify and acquire secondary market properties for the company while ensuring the sales team remains active, organized, and aligned with company KPIs and targets.
We are looking for someone with strong Dubai real estate market knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage both acquisition activities and day to day sales team performance.
The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, strong in communication, and comfortable working in a fast paced real estate environment.

- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, developers, and landlords
- Support and oversee the daily activities of the sales team
- Ensure proper follow ups, reporting, CRM visibility, and KPI tracking across the sales department
- Monitor sales team performance and help improve overall operational flow
- Coordinate with management regarding property acquisition opportunities and sales updates
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with property owners and market partners
- Ensure all acquired properties are properly documented, updated, and aligned with company standards
- Assist in maintaining structure, discipline, and visibility within the sales team
- Previous experience in Dubai real estate, particularly in secondary market ac
- Strong network and understanding of the Dubai property market
- Leadership or team handling experience is highly preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Professional English communication is required
