About the Role:
We are looking for a Social Media Specialist with expertise in both organic social media management and paid media buying to join a fast-paced digital marketing agency, sister concern of Palazzo Versace Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue for clients across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organic Social Strategy: Develop and implement high-impact organic social media campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Content Creation & Management: Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce compelling content, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Community Engagement: Foster online communities by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and building brand loyalty.
- Paid Media Buying: Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) to drive brand growth and conversions.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and provide insights for optimization.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to align social media strategies with their business goals. Industry Trends & Innovation: Stay up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:
- 2-5 years of experience in social media management and paid media buying (agency experience preferred).
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other social media advertising platforms.
- Experience with audience targeting A/B testing, retargeting, and budget optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills for social media captions, ad copy, and engagement.
- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and social media analytics dashboards.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative, strategic, and results-driven approach to social media marketing.
