QualityKiosk Technologies Is Hiring Senior Quality Assurance Engineer(Consultant) with Retail OR Corporate Lending Operations

Location: Dubai | Experience: 3-8 years. | Employment type: Contract(6months + extendable).

• Loan Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of Retail and Corporate loans, including initiation, eligibility assessment, STP/Non-STP processing, underwriting, deviation handling, sanctioning, disbursement, and post-disbursement servicing.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to internal credit policies and external regulatory requirements including RBI, CBUAE guidelines, AML standards, and KYC norms.
• Product Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of lending products such as Personal Loans (PL), Mortgage Loans, Credit Cards, Buyouts, Top-ups, and Rent Loans.
• Collaborate effectively with Business, Sales, Credit Administration (CAD), Credit, CPV, Compliance, CRM, and CSU teams to streamline documentation, routing conditions, approval workflows, DBR calculations, and TAT adherence.
• International Project Experience: Hands-on experience with UAE client projects, including integration with UAE-specific interfaces such as AECB, Pricing Engines, AML systems, and FTS platforms.
• LOS Platform Specialization: Proficient in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) such as Newgen-IBPS and FinOne, with a focus on configuration, customization, and operational efficiency.
• Client Engagement & Quality Assurance: Engage with clients to understand business requirements, execute test cases, manage defects, and deliver comprehensive test reports to ensure solution quality and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 35 years of experience in retail lending and/or BPM systems (preferably Newgen).
• Strong understanding of retail loan products (home, auto, personal loans).
• Proficiency in Newgen BPM/ECM, MS Office, and CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Certifications:

• Newgen Certified Professional (if available)
• CAMS / CRCM / IFRS (optional but beneficial)
