*** Salary range: upto 80,000 AED + profit share + other benefits
*** Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute sales strategies for secondary real estate market (renting, leasing, resale).
- Manage client portfolios: identify needs, negotiate deals, close transactions, achieve sales targets.
- Analyze market trends, develop strategic sales plans, drive business growth via cross-functional collaboration.
- Build/maintain relationships with diverse clientele, deliver tailored property solutions.
- Recommend investment opportunities, ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide post-sale support and ongoing portfolio management.
- Oversee sales team performance, mentor junior staff, foster inter-department collaboration.
- Conduct market research, monitor KPIs, report on sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with UAE real estate regulations and company standards.
*** Qualifications & Requirements:
- 4+ years real estate sales experience (mandatory), Bachelor's in Business/Real Estate.
- Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous), valid Dubai driving license.
- Deep knowledge of Dubai/Middle East market.
