Job Summary:

The Sales & Operations Manager is responsible for generating new business opportunities and ensuring smooth operational delivery of facilities management services. The role includes managing client relationships, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating mobilization, and ensuring service quality and contract compliance across assigned sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the facilities management sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Attend client meetings, site visits, and conduct service presentations.
  • Prepare RFQs, tenders, proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and finalize service contracts.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and support company growth plans.
  • Manage existing client accounts to ensure retention and contract renewals.
  • Handle client complaints and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
  • Coordinate mobilization activities for new contracts including manpower, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure operational delivery meets SLA, KPI, and contract requirements.
  • Monitor daily site performance and ensure quality service standards are maintained.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and client meetings for performance review.
  • Manage operational cost control and ensure profitability of assigned contracts.
  • Coordinate invoicing and payment follow-ups with the finance team.
  • Supervise and guide operations teams including supervisors and site staff.
  • Ensure staff discipline, productivity, and customer-focused service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE policies, ISO standards, and legal requirements.
  • Prepare operational reports, performance updates, and monthly business summaries.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of facilities management services such as cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and maintenance operations.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and business development skills.
  • Excellent client handling and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple sites, teams, and priorities.
  • Good understanding of SLA, KPI, contract terms, and tender procedures.
  • Strong reporting, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in facilities management with exposure to both sales and operations.
  • UAE experience preferred.
  • Valid driving license preferred.

KPIs / Performance Measures:

  • Achievement of sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Client satisfaction and contract renewal rate.
  • SLA and KPI compliance across assigned contracts.
  • Operational cost control and profitability.
  • Timely complaint resolution and service performance improvement.
  • Successful mobilization and smooth transition of new contracts.

Working Conditions:

  • Frequent site visits required.
  • Flexible working hours based on operational requirements.
  • May require support during emergencies or weekends when needed.

Additional Note:

As the company is newly established, the Sales & Operations Manager must be highly proactive, flexible, and capable of taking extra responsibility to support business growth and ensure smooth operational setup and service delivery. The candidate should be ready to handle both sales development and day-to-day operational management independently.
