Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility to occasionally work from home. As a Clinical Data Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing redacted patient data, managing databases, and providing actionable insights to enhance clinic performance.You will perform tasks such as statistical analysis, data visualization, and preparing detailed reports, including Cycle Intelligence Reports. Working closely with clinics, you will help pinpoint inefficiencies in patient pathways and contribute to data-driven decision-making to improve patient outcomes and operational success.
Qualifications- Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Data Analysis
- Experience with Data Management, including database organization and handling sensitive information
- Proficient in Data Analytics and the use of tools for data visualization and insights
- Understanding of Statistics, including statistical models and methodologies
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data
- Advanced proficiency in relevant software and analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, or BI tools)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders
- Prior experience in healthcare analytics or reproductive medicine is a distinct advantage
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, or a related field
