Procurement Manager

Job Description

A leading confidential company in Al Ain is seeking an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead procurement operations and strategy. This role will be responsible for managing sourcing, vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and ensuring cost efficiency while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.
• Identify and qualify suppliers; build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Monitor market trends and assess risks to ensure continuity of supply and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and company standards.
• Track key procurement metrics to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 68 years of progressive experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Solid understanding of procurement best practices, supply chain processes, and local regulations.
• Experience in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Al Ain.
