Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing executive schedules, coordinating meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office.

This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Organize and manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Communication & Correspondence: Handle calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely responses.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Manage sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and board members to ensure smooth communication.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing company events, board meetings, and executive engagements.
  • Project Support: Provide administrative support on special projects and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • +5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure.
  • Discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
