- Leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing methodologies beyond conventional tools to discover, map, and engage with elite candidates globally who aren't actively job hunting and may not be visible through standard channels.
- Pioneering the use of AI/LLM technologies and prompt engineering to revolutionize our elite recruitment processes, identify unique markers of top 1% talent, and gain competitive advantage. We use all major LLM's available.
- Developing compelling, differentiated and highly personalized outreach that communicates Puffy's unique value proposition and strategic vision to passive, high-caliber candidates worldwide.
- Cultivating and maintaining exclusive global talent networks and pipelines that give Puffy priority access to exceptional professionals across international markets, often before they enter the open market.
- Collaborating closely with talent acquisition leadership and stakeholder to define what top 1% talent means for each critical role, challenge assumptions, and craft predictive, elite-focused assessment approaches.
- Managing a high-touch, white-glove recruitment process for exceptional candidates that reflects our premium brand positioning and ensures an unparalleled candidate experience.
- Analyzing global talent market dynamics to identify untapped talent pools, predict future talent landscapes, and pinpoint emerging centers of excellence for niche, high-impact skills.
- 2+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with demonstrated success recruiting and closing the top 1% global talent (often highly specialized, niche technical/creative roles) in competitive global markets. Experience within executive search firms or specialized boutique agencies focused on top-tier talent is highly advantageous.
- Proven track record of consistently securing top-tier candidates who outperform expectations and drive significant business impact and organizational transformation.
- Deep expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and a wide array of advanced sourcing tools and non-obvious techniques, demonstrating the ability to identify and attract exceptional passive candidates who are difficult to find and engage.
- Experience implementing and optimizing AI-powered recruitment technologies to identify talent patterns and predict candidate excellence specifically for high-bar roles.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop truly innovative, out-of-box recruitment solutions that appeal to the most sought-after and often skeptical professionals.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner effectively, influence, and build trust with leaders and senior management on critical talent decisions and strategy.
- Advanced analytical capabilities to assess candidate quality against rigorous top 1% benchmarks and present data-driven insights to leadership.
- Experience recruiting for diverse senior and niche roles across functions while maintaining unwavering quality standards.
- Global mindset with deep understanding of international talent markets, diverse compensation structures, and cross-cultural recruitment nuances.
- Results-oriented approach with focus on quality-of-hire metrics, speed of impact for critical hires, and long-term performance impact.
- Experience with prompt engineering for recruitment-focused AI applications to specifically uncover patterns and predictors related to exceptional talent and potential.
- Experience recruiting for hyper-growth companies or unicorn startups, understanding the unique pace and profile required.
- Experience building talent pipelines for future-state roles or capabilities that do not yet exist within the organization.
