We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Administrative Assistant to join our team immediately in Dubai, UAE.

About the Role

The ideal candidate must have excellent written and spoken English, strong email communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day office administration efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to emails professionally
  • Handle daily office administration tasks
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and team members
  • Prepare basic documents and maintain records
  • Support the team with general office tasks
Qualifications
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Previous admin, office assistant, receptionist, or secretary experience
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and basic office systems
  • Must be able to commute to the office in Dubai
  • Must be available to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM
