Role Summary
The Manager Fulfilment Operations Management at Majid Al Futtaim Retail oversees digital fulfilment performance to improve customer experience, enhance operational KPIs, and scale fulfilment capabilities profitably. The role involves planning and analysing operations, driving efficiencies, and developing sustainable solutions to support business growth.
ROLE PROFILE- Responsible for monitoring and enhancing fulfilment customer experience, cost metrics, and operational efficiency across all Carrefour stores in assigned countries. Focus areas include on-time handover, complaint rates, picking quality, CPO, and pick rate
- Support fulfilment operations through analysis, planning, and performance monitoring, using reports and audits. Collaborate with fulfilment teams to deliver actionable, business-focused recommendations.
- Perform regular review of operational manpower allotment in the country to ensure we support projected volumes and optimal operating costs
- Collaborate with MAF Retail Country Management and other senior stakeholders, to provide them with regular updates through having an agreed communication plan that is conducive for the full duration of the project(s) to deliver on the business objective
- Build relationships and maintain strong partnerships with key personnel to help achieve organisational goals
- Support on performing regular audit of various processes and databases for the Fulfilment Operations function in order to identify gaps and risks, and propose corrective actions
- Contribute to the review and update of the Fulfilment Operations function policies and procedures related and ensure it is implemented and reported on as a part of the policies and procedures for the Fulfilment Operations function
- Devise and communicate new process and system changes to improve KPIs and measure success quantitively
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or any related field.
- 9+ years of experience in e-Commerce Grocery managing e-Commerce operations development and/or implementation with experience in Product Design
- Preferably 5+ years in the retail/e-Commerce business or closely related industry
- Experience in product management, business strategy, and analytical thinking.
- Solid expertise of operational process/continuous improvement management and the development of solution concepts relating to the operations support to be managed
