Job Description
We are Looking for IT Manager (process management) Develop Process maps, interrelationship Matrix, Accountability Matrix, RASIC, & Process efficiency matrices for IT Functions.
Ensure process improvement based on process and result diagnosis; collaborate with BE, IT leads, and interaction functions to improve processes and standardize them.
Ensure mapping of end-to-end IT processes in alignment with IT architect and strategy. Further develop related sub-processes, its measures & adherence level checks.
Interact with stakeholders to understand their needs/requirements, map their digitization process, and coordinate the development of the module through testing, Launch, and handover.
Periodic training on Process approach and process improvements
Ensure Process / Document change management system.
Ensure the availability of processes on the Central Digital Repository
Periodic audits of critical processes to ensure implementation as intended.
Understanding of IT Strategy, IT systems & platforms for the various needs of the Realty business.
Key Skills & Competencies
Understanding of End-to-End Process Architect and Digital Process Manuals
Knowledge & understanding of IT strategies, new trends & technologies, and various platforms in various industries.
Product & process knowledge of the Realty industry.
Understanding of the Realty industry-related processes, interfaces & futuristic IT needs.
Knowledge of the strategies related to current as well as futuristic technology.
Analytical and data-driven with Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
Skill to understand and implement Digital Process Architect-IT-facing processes, End-to-End Process Architect, and Document Change Management System.
Exposure to the requirements of International Standards and Excellence Models like Deming, Deming Grand Prize, EFQM, etc.
Certified Auditor for international standards
Understanding of essential problem-solving tools and techniques - 7 QC Tools, QC story approach, and statistical tools
Process flowcharting and analytical tools - Visio, Power Bl, etc.
