Position Overview:We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager Key Accounts with a proven track record in the HVAC industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of HVAC products and services, and a passion for driving sales growth.
This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage sales activities, build relationships with clients, and drive revenue generation.
Roles and responsibilities- Sales and Marketing of AC Equipment for brands Rheem ,Clima Uno and Tecnair.
- Generating Enquiries
- Verifying and ensuring to send the quotation in concurrence with the sales coordinator
- Follow on Quoted projects and work towards closing the deal.
- Client retention
- Customer building and satisfaction monitoring.
- Meeting regularly with the respective accounts that are assigned to by the management.
- Price negotiation at site level.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in Sales background for Air conditioning products- Dx and Chilled water System.
- Good Sales and Marketing network
- Sales Attitude and Self Driven
- Technical proficiency about AC products like Ducted , Package ,VRF, FAHU,AHU,ERV and Ecology units
- Team player
- B.E/B tech in Mechanical Engineering
