Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Project Supervisor to oversee and manage multiple landscaping and swimming pool construction projects across the UAE. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, high-quality execution, and efficient coordination of labour, materials, and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise day-to-day site activities and lead labour teams effectively
- Oversee 2-3 projects at a time, ensuring progress and timelines are maintained
- Coordinate material delivery, subcontractors, and site logistics
- Ensure workmanship quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications
- Resolve on-site challenges proactively and provide regular progress updates to management
- 2-3 years of UAE experience in landscaping
- Mandatory hands-on swimming pool construction experience
- Educational background in Civil Engineering
- Strong leadership and labour management skills
- Good knowledge of UAE plants, softscape practices, and planting techniques
- Proficient in Hindi or Urdu
- Valid UAE driving license required
