IMOS Specialist - SAP Integration Support - Dubai

Job summary

This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth operational workflows and data consistency between IMOS and SAP.

• Provide functional and technical expertise in Veson IMOS software
• Work on implementation, configuration, customization, and support of IMOS modules (CP, Ops, Veslink, etc.)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements for IMOS and SAP integration
• Design and implement integration workflows between IMOS and SAP (e.g., finance, procurement, chartering)
• Support data mapping, transformation, and synchronization between systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system performance and integration
• Provide end-user training and documentation as needed
• Ensure compliance with maritime, financial, and data governance standards

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience with IMOS (Veson Nautical)
• Strong understanding of shipping/maritime business operations
• Experience with SAP modules, particularly FI, MM, or SD
• Proven experience in system integration projects (IMOS-SAP or similar)
• Familiarity with APIs, EDI, or middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) is a plus
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment

• Experience with Veslink, VIP platform, or IMOS cloud-based version
• Knowledge of SQL, Excel macros, or scripting languages
