Role Purpose
Consulting is a core division within JLL which encompasses assessment of all core real estate asset classes including residential, retail, hotels, serviced apartments, office, entertainment, industrial, healthcare and education. The services that are provided include conducting feasibility studies, development studies, strategic advisory, business plans, portfolio advisory, real estate development strategies and urban regeneration studies amongst others.We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager who is a supply chain consulting professional specializing in supply chain networking and software solutions who partners with clients to optimize their supply chain operations, design strategic networks, and implement technology solutions that drive efficiency, resilience, and competitive advantage.

- Analyze clients' existing supply chain networks to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Design and model optimal supply chain network configurations considering facility locations, transportation routes, inventory positioning, and cost structures.
- Lead supply chain transformation projects from assessment through implementation and change management.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement supply chain software solutions including TMS, WMS, inventory optimization, and control tower technologies.
- Develop digital supply chain roadmaps aligned with client business objectives.
- Build and deploy advanced analytics models for scenario planning, risk management, and performance optimization.
- Create compelling business cases demonstrating ROI for recommended solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across operations, IT, finance, and procurement.
- Present findings and recommendations to client executive leadership.
- Effectively understand Industrial & Logistics (I&L) needs of prospective clients and define suitable products to respond to their needs in the most professional manner.
- Generate business opportunities of between USD 1 to 1.5 million initially.
- Drive business development initiatives by forming close relationships with clients and securing business wins with respect to fee earning assignments.
- Support the department head in taking a leadership role in the CRM function for consulting clients.
- Well informed on some of the main markets such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Riyadh, Jeddah and other GCC markets including large industrial estates and masterplan.
- Ensure execution of deliverables as per offers and allocation of tasks within the consulting team.
- Able to firstly develop and then defend the assumptions used in our analysis.
- Ensure at all times that cooperation prevails between the various offices in the interest of clients.
- Oversee the financial modelling and analysis.
- Innovative as well as grounded ideas related to the business and development advice.
- Realistic in terms of the quantum of development advised to clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain consulting, operations, or related roles.
- Demonstrated expertise in supply chain network design and optimization.
- Proficiency with supply chain software platforms (e.g., Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, o9, Manhattan Associates, etc.).
- Experience implementing and configuring supply chain technology solutions.
- Strong analytical skills with data modeling and visualization capabilities.
- Excellent project management abilities with track record of delivering complex initiatives.
- Superior communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts to business value.
- Supply chain certifications (APICS, CSCP, CLTD, etc.).
- Experience with network optimization tools (e.g., LLamasoft, Coupa, anyLogistix).
- Knowledge of API integration, data architecture, and cloud-based solutions.
- Background in programming or data science (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
- Understanding of emerging technologies (IoT, blockchain, AI/ML) in supply chain applications.
- Experience leading teams in consulting or professional services environment.
- Strategic thinker who balances theoretical modeling with practical implementation.
- Strong client relationship builder who establishes trust and drives value.
- Collaborative problem-solver comfortable with ambiguity and complexity.

This position may require up to 50% travel to client sites.
