Key Responsibilities- Perform landscaping and ground maintenance activities on construction sites
- Plant, trim, and maintain trees, shrubs, grass, and flower beds
- Install and maintain irrigation and sprinkler systems
- Prepare soil, level ground, and assist with hardscape installation
- Operate landscaping tools and equipment safely
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of landscaped areas
- Follow construction site safety standards and landscaping plans
- Assist supervisors with outdoor construction and site development tasks
- Proven experience as a Landscape Worker, Gardener, or Groundskeeper
- Knowledge of plants, irrigation systems, soil preparation, and lawn care
- Ability to work in outdoor and construction environments in UAE climate
- Physically fit and able to handle manual landscaping work
- Basic understanding of construction and site safety procedures
- Team-oriented with good time management skills
- Experience in construction landscaping projects
- Knowledge of irrigation repair and sprinkler maintenance
- Ability to operate basic landscaping machinery and tools
