We are seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead the creative vision for our high-end retail, F&B, and commercial environments, ensuring each space reflects our distinctive brand identity and premium positioning. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating environments that embody our brand's distinctive identity and elevate the customer experience through refined aesthetics and thoughtful spatial storytelling.

What You'll Do:

1. Concept Design & Development

• Develop concept designs, sketches, and 3D visualizations that communicate the project vision effectively.
• Prepare mood boards, material boards, and design presentations for internal reviews and client approvals.
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines while incorporating innovative and experiential elements.
• Research global design trends, materials, and finishes to introduce fresh and cutting-edge ideas into projects.

1. Project Management & Execution

• Oversee the end-to-end execution of design projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and manage project timelines, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring design intent is met and resolving any design-related issues.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups to ensure consistency with the design concept.

1. Technical & Creative Expertise

• Develop detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD and 3D modeling software.
• Select and source high-quality materials, finishes, and FF&E that align with the brand's luxury positioning.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and sustainability practices.
• Maintain documentation of design projects, including specifications, approvals, and revisions.

1. Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate closely with the branding, marketing, and operations teams to create immersive brand experiences.
• Present design concepts and progress updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and interns, fostering creativity and skill development.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all design elements contribute to a cohesive and elevated brand experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• 610 years of proven experience in luxury interior design (retail, F&B, or commercial).
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design storytelling and execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Corona/V-Ray, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of luxury materials, FF&E sourcing, and high-end detailing.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt to challenges during project execution.
