Our client a multi-award-winning design firm in London and Dubai, specialising in interior architecture and design.

The Role

As the Senior Interior Designer, you will lead projects from concept to completion across the F&B, retail, hospitality, and commercial sectors. You will be responsible for driving creative vision, managing project delivery, and collaborating closely with clients and consultants to bring exceptional spaces to life.

• Lead and manage interior design projects across the full lifecycle from initial concept through design development, documentation, and site completion.
• Create innovative, brand-aligned design concepts for F&B, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Oversee the production of detailed design packages, including drawings, specifications, mood boards, material palettes, and FF&E selections.
• Collaborate directly with clients, operators, consultants, and contractors to maintain design integrity and project quality.
• Conduct site visits during construction phases to ensure execution matches the design vision and resolve design-related issues.
• Present concepts and developed designs clearly and confidently to clients and project stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Mentor and supervise junior designers and team members, fostering strong creative and technical skills.
• Stay current on trends, innovations, materials, and technologies across F&B, retail, hospitality, and commercial design sectors.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, codes, and best practices for sustainability and health & safety.

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum of 7 years professional experience in interior design, with a strong portfolio across F&B, retail, hospitality, and commercial projects.
• Proven ability to lead projects independently across all phases
• Strong creative design skills with a keen eye for detail, materiality, and spatial experience.
• Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining design excellence.
