Employment: Full Time

• Work with qualified inbound leads provided by the company;
• Present premium real estate properties online and in person;
• Manage full sales cycle: from initial contact to deal closure;
• Build strong relationships with buyers and property owners;
• Guide clients through all stages of the transaction;
• Select and present properties that match client needs and goals;
• Organize property viewings and highlight key features;
• Keep CRM updated and provide market insights to clients.

• High commission structure: Up to 90% for personal deals and 50% for company-provided leads;
• Ready-to-close leads: Focus on sales, not prospecting;

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or 2+ years in sales in any industry;
• Fluent English (B2 level or higher);
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Goal-driven, client-oriented, and eager to grow in the Dubai property market.
