The Role:
The Clinical Account Manager (CAM) at ROOTT is not a traditional salesperson, but a Clinical Partner. Your mission is to move beyond selling implants to building successful dental practices. You will leverage your background as a Dentist, Dental Technician, or Implant Specialist to provide Doctor-to-Doctor support, ensuring clinical excellence and driving high-volume revenue growth through education, technical mastery, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & Portfolio Management
Account Optimization: Actively manage a portfolio of up to 80 doctors, identifying high-potential accounts and replacing underperforming ones.
The Hunter Mindset: Onboard at least two new customers per month through proactive networking and clinical lead generation.
- Clinical Support & Surgical Mentorship
Assisted Surgeries: Lead and supervise surgeries for new users, providing hands-on guidance from treatment planning (BlueSkyPlan) to final implant seating.
Technical Authority: Act as the first line of support for surgical and prosthetic complications. Provide solutions for digital workflows, torque protocols, and immediate loading.
Growth Path: Mentor doctors as they transition from beginner levels to Advanced Users or Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs).- Educational Leadership & Network Growth
My First Implant Program: Recruit and mentor young dentists (early adopters) through university collaborations and DSO partnerships.
KOL Development: Identify and recruit influential clinicians to represent the ROOTT system through webinars, lectures, and clinical research.
- Clinical Storytelling & Digital Marketing
Case Documentation: Capture high-quality clinical evidence (Photos, X-rays, and Videos) for every assisted surgery.
Content Production: Produce Success Stories using the S.P.O.R. Format (Situation, Problem, Opportunity, Result) to be used in regional marketing campaigns.
Social Advocacy: Collaborate with doctors to post clinical outcomes on Instagram/LinkedIn, ensuring ROOTT's value proposition is highlighted.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Clinical Background: Qualified Dentist, Dental Technician, or Dental Implant Expert.Behavioral Traits: An Educator who prioritizes teaching over pushing products; a disciplined self-starter who uses clinical success to drive sales.
Preferred (not mandatory):
Technical Skills: Proficient in CBCT/STL alignment, implant planning software (e.g., BlueSkyPlan), and digital prosthetic workflows.Operational Discipline: Proficient in CRM (Odoo) for documenting visits, pipeline management, and forecasting.
