About I Buy Real Estate:
Active in Primary (off-plan) and Secondary markets
Invoice Status with Aldar (2024) (2025)
Silver Status with EMAAR (2024)
Strong owner relationships in secondary market
Proven track record in closing off-plan deals & secondary market deals
Role Overview:
Lead a team of 7-10 real estate consultants
Oversee sales in both off-plan and resale sectors
Drive performance, conversions, and team motivation
Report KPIs and pipeline progress to management
Collaborate with marketing and lead-gen teams
Maintain and grow relationships with developers and owners
Requirements:
46 years of real estate experience (UAE market)
Minimum 2 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi & Dubai real estate
Experience with Aldar, EMAAR, and other major developers
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
CRM proficiency (e.g., Bitrix24, Salesforce, HubSpot)
