CAD Draftsman with Hospital Experience

Job Description

We are URGENTLY looking for a hospital experience CAD Draftsman who can Join Immediately.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY :

• By means of a thorough, comprehensive, and Excellent Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & BIM

Ability to demonstrate a basic understanding of accurate drafting methods, layering, X-References, dimensioning, model space/paper space, viewports, and scaling.

Ability to demonstrate using basic Revit Arch, and MEP tools such as the Project Browser, Properties, Type Selector, Conduit, and Cable Tray, and inserting a variety of family types. An understanding of creating families and manipulating parameters and schedules is a plus;

Update data in BIM/ Revit as per Coordinate with managers and Prepare Design drawings as per authority requirements.

Developed competency in managing and supervising all finishing activities like masonry work and plaster, ceramic work, plumbing work, painting, raised access floor, waterproofing system, metal works, handrails/fences, and all interior and exterior work contractual obligations / techno-negotiation matters involving pricing strategies, claim settlements, so on for an optimum procurement of resources (materials, manpower and heavy machinery).

Capable of taking the lead in importing different trade files and performing collision control services.

Experienced in coordination between various disciplines such as Civil / HVAC / electrical and conducting daily staff briefings about the safety procedures and assigning work to them.

Update models to reflect as-built conditions of arch, and Mech equipment and prepare the design to submit to Authorities as per local authoritys requirements.

Familiar with Authority Regulations.

Willingness to learn, have strong organizational and analytical skills; Self-motivated; take pride in work and accept responsibility for his/her professionalism.

Excellent collaborative and organizational skills with the ability to communicate effectively.

Capable of building trusting relationships, ability and willingness to work independently or in a team atmosphere.

Document control and Operational documents preparation.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS REQUIRED:

Diploma/ Bachelor&aposs or degree in Civil/ Mechanical, and CAD or drafting studies is preferred.

Good knowledge of analyzing drawings.

Demonstrated Ability to work under pressure

Critical decision-making skills

Strong customer service ethic

Excellent numerical and IT skills.

Knowledge of Standard Method of Measurements.

Knowledge and experience in MS Excel and MS Word.

Excellent Communication skills Excellent Knowledge of Revit & BIM.

Five or more years of CAD drawing experience with advance.
