Job Purpose:

The Casting Supervisors function is to assist in every aspect of Human Resources by responding to any queries of Casts as well as assisting with the administration of casts and company data. As part of the cast relations team, they will also assist in implementing casts&apos activities or any activities that will promote cast retention.

Job Description:

  • Welcome each Cast into the Cast & Development Department to ensure their needs are being met
  • Ensure all Casts data in the system updated
  • Assist in rooms allocation for incoming and outgoing Casts
  • Market and advertises all Casting and Casts activities
  • Liaise with accommodation team
  • In charge of onboarding process (conducting show around for new joiners, coordinating uniform issuance, converting pending workers to permanent employees in the system, issuing ID Cards, name badges & cafeteria access cards, enrolling fingerprints, coordinating medicals, EID & medical insurance process)
  • Ensure the filing system of the Casts file is up to date
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as interviews
  • Organize and coordinate events and decoration for celebrations or special occasions
  • Assist Casts and HODs regarding leave application and benefit administration, and Casting procedures and policies within the specified guidelines
  • Prepare memos, letters, etc ensuring all correspondences are of high quality
  • Participate in inspections of locker rooms, cast cafeteria and any cast facilities to ensure they are well maintained
  • Oversee employee transportation, managing day-to-day scheduling and special event arrangements.
  • Handle all C&D related purchase requests including medical insurance, transportation, clinic items
  • Manage stock office supplies
  • Assist with Casts exit process & prepare all needed reports as requested

Job Requirements:

  • Previous work experience in UAE or Gulf region as a Human Resources in a luxury 5 star hotel
  • Office Management, Administration Diploma or equivalent from an accredited college or university with major course in Human Resources Management, Personnel Administration, Psychology or any other related field
  • Organizational skills
