Job Description
We are looking for an HR Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in driving smooth, efficient, and compliant HR operations. The HR Supervisor will manage day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and more.This role is pivotal in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring alignment with UAE labor laws and internal policies.
Responsibilities- Issue offers letters and manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Identify potential candidates and conduct initial screening interviews
- Maintain employee records across digital and physical platforms (e.g., Bayzat)
- Conduct HR induction sessions and coordinate training activities
- Support recruitment and performance evaluation efforts
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor law and company policies
- Generate HR reports and support employee engagement programs
- Supervise HR document handling and system data integrity
- Bachelors degree in HR or equivalent (CHRP/CHRM preferred)
- 46 years of HR and administrative experience (2+ years in a supervisory role)
- Solid knowledge of UAE labor law and HRMS platforms
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus
