About the Role:

This is an exciting time for WePlay, as we open our office in Dubai. We have a number of clients in the UAE region, and this role will play a crucial role in the development and growth of our business in MENA.

As an Account Executive at WePlay, you will be the expert at making the things happen! You will have a strong understanding of the clients brand and vision and work to make that come to life. You are a key point of contact in the agency team and will cultivate relationship to ensure you understand the account needs and objectives.

You will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of tasks and work closely with the Account Manager with the implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies. Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure campaign objectives are met.

This role will support the growth of our accounts in the MENA region, as such, being in Dubai or Abu Dhabi is desirable. The Account Executive will be expected to work with the team in Dubai and colleagues worldwide.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Build a strong understanding of WePlays scope of work and understand the services delivered by WePlay.
• Build strong relationships with agency stakeholders and client.
• Ask good questions to pinpoint what is needed to support the client correctly.
• Develop a strong understanding of client goals, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
• Support the Account Manager to provide analysis of project&aposs performance to clients, sharing your expertise and suggesting any additional services where relevant.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support the account team and client services with meeting logistics and administrative duties
• Proactively identify and address potential client concerns.
• Detailed and accurate note taking and communication with clients.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, project details, and agreements.
• Support presentations and pitches to clients.
• Ensure account admin is efficient and processes are followed.

• Ensure project actions are completed promptly, accurately and to a high standard.
• Coordinate with different teams to ensure effective project delivery.
• Ensure the account team has support for tasks such as research/note taking/brief writing.
• Ownership for campaign timelines, plans or Monday.com boards.
• Execute campaigns as the person with the day-to-day expertise of the project.
• Collate information to provide accurate reporting for Partners.
• Where necessary, work with Creative, Strategy and Media teams to develop campaign plans and/or creation of internal briefs.
• Monitor performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
• Be aware of client budgets, timelines and deadlines, and ensure that the work is delivered within budget constraints.
• Collaborate with wider internal specialists to further develop your understanding of the digital media eco-system & its continued evolution.
• Promptly address any problems and find solutions to keep campaigns on track.
• Manage your time so that clients feel supported.

• Ideally passionate about sport and excited to work with incredible sporting brands.
• Comfortable working across international markets, with flexible availability for global travel if needed.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai.
