Job Purpose:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Social Media Account Executive to join our growing agency team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 2 years of agency experience, with a strong understanding of client servicing, campaign execution, and content development across multiple platforms.
In this role, you will take a lead in managing client relationships, driving day-to-day content planning and publishing, contributing to broader campaign strategies, and supporting on-ground production and shoots. You will collaborate closely with account managers, creative teams, and clients to ensure flawless execution and delivery of social-first campaigns that engage audiences and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Account Leadership- Serve as a daily point of contact for clients, managing communication, feedback, approvals, and ongoing requests.
- Confidently lead client calls, briefings, and update meetings, ensuring client objectives are clearly understood and met.
- Manage and oversee the full content production cycle from initial briefing to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution across creative, design, video, and production.
- Lead the development of monthly content calendars across all major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
- Drive content ideation, developing creative and trend-led concepts aligned to client goals and audience interests.
- Write and refine engaging, platform-tailored captions and copy in line with brand tone and messaging.
- Stay ahead of emerging social trends, content formats, and platform updates to proactively integrate into client strategies.
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and identify opportunities for clients to differentiate and innovate.
- Support in developing strategic proposals, campaign extensions, and new content initiatives.
- Lead content capture during client shoots, activations, and live events, ensuring timely, high-quality social media coverage.
- Collaborate closely with photographers, videographers, and production teams during shoots.
- Oversee community management across client social channels, including response management and audience interaction.
- Monitor brand sentiment and flag any reputational risks or issues as they arise.
- Analyze social media performance and campaign effectiveness, delivering clear reports and actionable insights to clients.
- Recommend content and strategy optimizations based on data trends and audience behavior.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members and Account Executives as required.
- Foster a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of agency experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong client servicing and communication skills, with proven experience managing client accounts.
- Experience with content production, campaign planning, reporting, and on-ground event coverage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.), trends, content formats, and platform algorithms.
- Proven ability to generate creative, trend-relevant content ideas aligned with client objectives and audience engagement.
- Confident in client communication, presenting content plans, reports, and campaign strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, measure performance, and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g. Sprout, Hootsuite, Later), platform-native analytics, and basic paid media platforms (e.g. Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
- Excellent writing and copy development skills, with strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
- Experience supporting and managing content shoots, events, and on-ground activations.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and shifting priorities in a fast-paced agency environment.
