Nurition is a practitioner-led health platform connecting doctors, clinics, and health professionals with evidence-based supplements and personalized nutrition solutions.
We work closely with licensed healthcare practitioners to support better patient outcomes through high-quality supplement recommendations, clinical education, and a seamless ordering platform.
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our team and support our sales growth through outbound calls, lead follow-ups, practitioner onboarding, and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling & Lead Follow-Up- Contact doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and potential partners by phone.
- Introduce Nurition's platform, product range, and practitioner-led model.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing, referrals, events, and sales activities.
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Explain the benefits of joining Nurition's practitioner network.
- Support new practitioners with account setup, platform guidance, and initial product understanding.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Promote relevant supplement brands, protocols, and product solutions to healthcare professionals.
- Assist in converting warm leads into active practitioners or customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to encourage repeat orders and engagement.
- Support field sales representatives by booking meetings and sharing qualified leads.
- Update lead status, call notes, and follow-up actions accurately in the CRM/system.
- Track daily call activity, conversions, and pipeline progress.
- Share feedback from practitioners and clinics with the internal team.
- Minimum 2-3 years of telesales, telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales experience.
- Experience in healthcare, clinics, wellness, supplements, or medical sales support is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Confident speaking on the phone and handling objections.
- Organized, consistent, and comfortable following up with multiple leads.
- Target-driven with a proactive sales mindset.
- Basic knowledge of supplements, nutrition, or wellness is an advantage.
