Job description / Role

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail banking sales experience of credit cards, personal loans, home loans, SME loans, auto loans and insurance.
• Target-driven sales mindset with a strong passion for exceeding performance benchmarks.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities that inspire trust and drive results.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deliver as per the targets

Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates with experience in India will be given preference
• Sales profile that require confidence, persistence, personality and verbal written.
• Basic knowledge of products, service policies and processes of Retail Banking.
• Candidates from India preferred
