Experience: Minimum 1 year in Property Management (Dubai market experience is a must)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties
• Act as the point of contact between tenants, landlords, and service providers
• Conduct property inspections and manage maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with RERA and Dubai tenancy laws
• Handle lease renewals, rent collections, and dispute resolution
• Maintain excellent customer service standards
• Requirements:
• At least 1 year of property management experience in Dubai
• Strong knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and RERA procedures
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and resolve issues efficiently
• Ready to join immediately
