Employment: Full Time
In this role, you will be instrumental in sourcing, attracting, and integrating talented UAE Nationals into the organisation while ensuring full alignment with national employment initiatives and company-wide development programs.

Description- Support the implementation of the Emiratisation strategy in line with the organisation's overall goals.
- Partner with business units to source, attract, select, and retain UAE Nationals, ensuring their smooth onboarding and integration.
- Build strong relationships with national placement agencies, universities, and government bodies to continuously expand the UAE National talent pool.
- Represent the organisation at career fairs, placement workshops, and national employment seminars to enhance employer branding.
- Ensure the success of key Emiratisation programs such as the Emirati Graduate Programme and Internship Learning Programme.
- Maintain a strong network with government entities to stay updated on regulations, including the Tawteen program, and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with the Talent Development team to deliver targeted orientation and development plans for UAE Nationals.
- Support the resolution of grievances and disciplinary issues concerning UAE Nationals in partnership with HR.
- Manage UAE National graduate placements across the organisation, including project assignments, monitoring, and feedback coordination with educational institutions.
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate the offer process, ensuring timely document verification and pension registration.
- You will play a key role in advancing Emiratisation initiatives that contribute directly to the UAE's workforce development goals.
- This role offers high visibility across the organisation and provides the opportunity to work closely with business leaders, government entities, and national development programs.
Requirements:
- UAE National with Family Book
- Experience supporting Emiratisation strategies within large organisations or government entities.
- Strong relationships with UAE universities, national employment agencies, and relevant government authorities.
- Knowledge of local Emiratisation laws, initiatives (such as Tawteen), and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build partnerships internally and externally.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and coordinate graduate or internship programs.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive documentation and compliance checks.
- Experience working with UAE National grievances and development planning is an advantage.
