Field Operator (Cooking)

This role ensures adherence to process, quality, and safety standards while maintaining a clean and efficient production environment.

• Operate complex cooking equipment, including cookers and related machinery.
• Start machines and initiate the production process.
• Perform routine machine condition checks and execute preventive maintenance as per checklists.
• Prepare materials and assemble equipment before production starts.
• Monitor equipment performance and adjust parameters according to standard procedures.
• Detect and report equipment malfunctions or operational irregularities.
• Remove finished products and waste materials from machines.
• Escalate any safety, quality, or process issues to supervisors or maintenance teams.
• Support production supervisors in meeting scheduling and output targets.
• Complete and interpret control charts and productivity system forms.
• Order required materials and manage related inventories.
• Minimize production losses, scrap, and rework by following best practices.

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as an Operator/Technician in a multinational company
• Educational qualification: Diploma or High School Certificate.
• Basic English language proficiency
