As Senior Art Director, the role holder shall deliver high-touch storytelling
experiences through visual, environmental, and digital platforms. He/she shall drive
the development of disruptive conceptual ideas and platforms that will supersede
the client's expectations. The role shall be an excellent collaborator, leading
seamless support, communication, and execution of the transformation of ideas into
reality.
The Art Director shall work alongside the Key Accounts team of creatives
while responding to a portfolio of clients. The Art Director is expected to collaborate
with the Head of Creative, Studio, production, and Key Accounts teams to manage
various assignments and workflows in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive organic growth across the assigned client portfolio
- Manage a portfolio of client projects from planning to delivery and post-event evaluation. Take ownership and deliver disruptive campaigns on time and budget from conception to delivery.
- Own the account narrative internally, orchestrating agency-management involvement to drive the agency agenda and deepen the relationship.
- Lead and control projects by working directly on or overseeing team members complete projects from initial proposal, idea, and concept to on-site management, logistics, and final debrief/ reporting.
- Maintain and challenge sweetwater standards in ideation, project management, and quality control, ensuring the Agency consistently exceeds client expectations.
- Understand and translate client's business challenges and create strategic experiential (& integrated, where applicable) plans to solve or improve business performance, demonstrated through clearly defined and measurable results.
- Deliver quality briefs, ensuring that teams produce five-star quality projects and deliver significant business results for clients.
- Keep self and the team up to date on developments in the client's industry, trends, competitors, and innovations that could inspire internal teams and clients.
- Process and manage briefs to ensure the client's marketing budget is utilized to the best of its ability.
