Job Overview

We are looking for a highly hands-on Social Video Producer to join the global social team at Bybit. This role is not about high-level strategy or planning — it is about execution, creation, and enabling the team to produce high-performing social-first video content at scale.

You will be responsible for creating, editing, and shaping short-form and long-form video content, while also training and upskilling the internal team to produce content independently.

A key part of this role is the ability to create high-quality UGC-style and AI-generated video content, helping bridge the gap where internal production and external agencies are limited.

1. Hands-On Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Create daily social-first video content for Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube
• Produce: Short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)、Creator-style / UGC content、Trend-based and reactive content、Product-led content in engaging formats
• Shoot, edit, and publish content quickly with strong understanding of platform behavior

1. AI & UGC Video Production

• Lead the creation of AI-generated and AI-enhanced UGC videos
• Experiment with tools: AI avatars / storytelling formats、Synthetic UGC-style content、Scalable content systems
• Ensure output is high-quality, native, and indistinguishable from organic content

1. Team Enablement & Training

• Train the social team on how to shoot, edit, and create UGC-style content
• Build frameworks and playbooks: Hook writing、Video structure、Platform best practices
• Act as the go-to person for content execution guidance

1. Content Execution for Campaigns

• Translate campaign ideas into social-native video formats (Teasers, Cutdowns, Trend adaptations)
• Support campaign amplification through high-volume content output

1. Trend & Platform Adaptation

• Stay on top of trends across TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube
• Quickly adapt trends into relevant crypto/fintech content

• Consistent output of high-performing, platform-native video content
• Internal team becomes self-sufficient in creating video content
• Increase in engagement rates, video views, and content velocity
• Strong adoption of AI-generated and UGC-style content workflows
• Reduced dependency on agencies

Job Requirements

• 2–5+ years experience in social media content creation (video-focused)
• Proven ability to create viral / high-performing short-form content
• Strong skills in: Shooting (mobile-first)、Editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)、Storytelling for social
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X

• Experience from any industry (consumer brands, media, tech, entertainment, creator environments)
• Strong interest in crypto, fintech, or Web3 highly preferred

• Experience with AI video tools (Runway, Pika, Synthesia, etc.)
• Ability to create UGC-style content that feels native and authentic
• Understanding of how to scale content using AI workflows

• Builder / doer — not just strategist
• Fast, reactive, comfortable with high output
• Creative but also performance-driven

• Experience in crypto, fintech, or Web3
• Experience working with influencers / creators
• Basic motion design skills
• Experience building content systems or playbooks
