Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a PHOTOGRAPHER at KAYE & CO. located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate photography, videography, and post-production editing, and will be responsible for capturing compelling visual content that showcases our clients properties in the best light.The candidate should be proficient with various photography and video tools and possess a strong understanding of composition, lighting, and editing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional photoshoots and video shoots for residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Capture high-quality images and videos that align with our brand's style and the property's unique features.
- Use camera settings, lighting, and composition techniques to produce visually appealing and well-exposed images.
- Edit photos and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects to deliver polished final products.
- Create 3D virtual tours using Matterport technology to provide clients with immersive property experiences.
- Collaborate with real estate agents and clients to understand project requirements and ensure deliverables meet their expectations.
- Maintain all photography and video equipment, ensuring it is in excellent working condition.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in real estate photography, videography, and editing techniques.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate photography and videography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Premiere, and Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with Matterport technology and the ability to create virtual tours.
- Strong knowledge of camera settings, lighting techniques, and composition.
- Excellent editing skills with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to enhancing images and videos.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with real estate agents, clients, and other team members.
Details:
This role is office based- Business Bay
Monday- Saturday 9:00- 18:00
Salary is below AED 5,500/-
