Job Description

The Corporate Affairs & Communications Coordinator will support corporate affairs, regulatory coordination, and communications initiatives within the ENDS category. This role will assistthe Team Leader in ensuring compliance with local regulations, supporting stakeholder communications, and developing accurate content for regulatory and corporate use.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Regulatory & Corporate Affairs Support
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents related to ENDS products (e.g., product registration, packaging compliance, and labeling requirements).
  • Support monitoring of local regulations, standards, and guidelines related to ENDS and nicotine-containing products.
  • Maintain trackers for product registrations, approvals, and compliance status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documentation for regulatory submissions.
  1. Communications & Content Development
  • Draft, edit, and develop content for regulatory submissions, packaging, corporate communications, and internal materials.
  • Ensure all communications align with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Support the creation of presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
  • Assist in reviewing packaging text to ensure compliance with labeling regulations.
  1. Stakeholder Coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments (e.g., regulatory, marketing, legal, supply chain) to ensure alignment on submissions and communications.
  • Support coordination with external stakeholders where required (e.g., regulatory authorities, consultants).
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and minutes.
  1. Documentation & Compliance
  • Maintain organized records of regulatory submissions, approvals, and communication materials.
  • Ensure version control and proper documentation of all files.
  • Assist in auditing packaging and communication materials for compliance with local regulations.
  1. Administrative & Team Support
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Corporate Affairs & Communications Team Leader.
  • Track deadlines, follow up on pending actions, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Support internal coordination and reporting as required.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's Degree

Experience:

  • 1–2 years of experience in regulatory affairs or a related field (e.g., compliance, product registration, quality/regulatory support).
  • Fresh graduates with strong language skills are encouraged to apply.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • High attention to detail, especially for regulatory and packaging content.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
  • Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Interest or basic knowledge in ENDS / vaping / nicotine product regulations.
  • Familiarity with UAE/GCC regulatory environment is an advantage.
  • Experience with packaging content is a plus.
