One of business unit is seeking for a Junior Leasing Associate- Emirati to support the real estate team in Dubai. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates eager to grow in property leasing and management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling leasing inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
- Support senior staff in promoting available units and achieving occupancy targets.
- Help prepare and process tenancy contracts, renewals, and related paperwork.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/property management systems.
- Assist with move-ins and move-outs coordination.
- Organize and maintain tenant files and leasing documentation.
- Support marketing activities, including property listings, ads, and photos.
- Monitor basic market trends and competitor pricing under guidance.
- Help prepare leasing reports and occupancy updates.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (any field).
- Some exposure to customer service, sales, or real estate is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and willingness to learn CRM/property systems
