Aurantius Real Estate (German-owned brokerage) is expanding.

We are currently hiring a Secondary Leasing Manager to build, lead, and drive a high-performing leasing team within Dubai's fast-paced rental market.

This is not a volume-only role. This is for someone who understands leasing through real transactions, landlord management, and consistent deal flow.

• Build, lead, and manage a strong leasing team
• Drive rental transactions and maintain consistent deal flow
• Provide hands-on support in negotiations and closing rental deals
• Manage and expand property listings and landlord relationships
• Ensure fast turnaround on inquiries, viewings, and conversions
• Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve results
• Maintain strong pipeline management through CRM (Bitrix)
• Train and develop agents into high-performing leasing consultants

• Proven experience in Dubai's secondary leasing market
• Strong understanding of rental trends, pricing, and tenant behaviour
• Proven closing experience in leasing transactions
• Previous team leadership or senior leasing experience
• Consistent track record in rental deals (not occasional closings)
• UAE-based with an active presence in the market
