Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage HVAC installation and maintenance activities at commercial and residential sites.
• Conduct site surveys to gather critical information required for HVAC system design and execution.
• Ensure all work complies with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications.
• Plan, manage, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources for successful delivery.
• Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, office teams, and on-site personnel.
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and team members during installation and servicing.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of site activities, including progress and inspection reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to management as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in HVAC installation and site execution.
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and design practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and HVAC design/drawing interpretation.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of local safety standards and regulations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
