Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment and Admin Manager located in Dubai. The Recruitment and Admin Manager will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Additionally, the role will involve overseeing administrative tasks such as office management, employee records maintenance, HR Documentation and compliance with company policies. The Recruitment and Admin Manager will also coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations and support HR initiatives.

Qualifications
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, and Onboarding processes
  • Skills in Office Management and Administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of HR Policies, Compliance, and Employee Records maintenance
  • Strong Organizational and Coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience in the property development or architectural hardware industry is a plus
