Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and visionary Digital Project Manager to join our innovative team in Dubai. You will manage end-to-end Digital projects, facilitate collaboration among diverse technical teams, create detailed project documentation, and ensure seamless alignment of design, functional flows, and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Tracking

Define project scope, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful and timely delivery.

Track project progress using Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).

Team Coordination & Leadership

Lead and coordinate a team of ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js developers.

Manage remote and in-house developers, ensuring efficient collaboration.

Occasionally oversee DevOps and HTML/CSS specialists when needed.

Client & Stakeholder Communication

Gather requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.

Provide regular progress updates and address challenges proactively.

Act as a bridge between clients, stakeholders, and the technical team.

Quality Assurance & Best Practices

Ensure best coding practices, scalability, and security standards are maintained.

Review project deliverables to align with technical specifications and Web3 protocols.

Blockchain & Web3 Integration

Manage projects involving smart contracts, NFTs, tokenization, and decentralized applications.

Oversee wallet integrations (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect) and on-chain interactions.

Collaborate with blockchain developers to ensure secure and efficient Web3 implementations.

Resource & Budget Management

Optimize the allocation of developers and DevOps professionals to keep projects on budget.

Ensure efficient use of cloud services (AWS, Firebase, or decentralized storage like IPFS).

Requirements

Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in software development, blockchain, or Web3-related projects.

Basic technical knowledge of ReactJS, React Native, and Node.js (you don't need to code, but understanding these is essential).

Familiarity with blockchain technologies, including Ethereum, smart contracts, and Web3 frameworks (Web3.js, Ethers.js).

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Notion, or ClickUp.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English (written & spoken).

PMP Certified.
