Role summary
We are looking for a sales executive to join our team and be part of our growth. If youu2019re a sales-driven person who is hungry for a new adventure, a multinational workplace is waiting for you.
Whatu2019s on your plate?- Submit the sales plan as per the set objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the salesu2019 prospects.
- Receive the leads from the lead generation team, communicate with them, and convert the leads to sales.
- Interact with customers for product offering and brand awareness on a timely basis through meetings and calls.
- Identify clients who show inclination towards the product but didnu2019t purchase it and follow up with these customers for special deals and offerings.
- Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, negotiate, and send Request for Proposal (RFP) quoting the rates and terms of conditions to sign the contract and bring clients onboard with Talabat.
- Encourage clients and vendors to upload menu pictures on the Talabat site.
- Maintain records and inform management about contacted and not contacted leads, ensuring that the records are entered into personal and automated follow-up processes.
- Obtain accurate and original logos and menu item pictures from client vendors.
- Obtain information for all delivery areas of the vendors and minimum order charges for orders.
- Gather information on delivery charge methodology.
- Implement promotions, coupons, and vouchers to boost and generate sales growth.
- Encourage vendors to subscribe to the online payment gateway.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
- Sales calls
- Closed sales
- Follow-up activities
- Sales expense reports
- Presentations
- Sales meeting reports (newly acquired shops)
- Daily signed contract reports
Qualifications
What did we order?- Bacheloru2019s degree in any discipline
- Previous experience in FMCG, e-commerce, and retail companies is preferred
- From 1 to 3 years of experience holding the same title or relevant role
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and curate a solution
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer oriented
- Adaptability and flexibility
