Kinetic has partnered with a leading Technology company who are hiring a Sales Director to be based in Abu Dhabi .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue and growth targets across the UAE and GCC markets.
- Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting using CRM tools.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets through coaching, training, and ongoing support.
- Drive new business development initiatives by identifying market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales, delivery, and marketing teams to ensure the proposal matches the customer's requirements.
- Build and maintain strong long-lasting relationships with key clients, vendors, and technology partners.
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and partner engagements across the GCC.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or Engineering. MBA is preferred.
- Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a system integrator company within the UAE/GCC.
- Strong portfolio of enterprise-level deals and C-level relationships in both private and public sectors.
- In-depth understanding of IT solutions such as infrastructure, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, and managed services.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and negotiation skills.
